"I truly love this life jacket. It is extremely lightweight, comfortable and you know you're safe while wearing it. Just be careful not to get a wave to the chest with it on or to wear it in extremely heavy rain as it could trigger the automatic inflation feature."

Bad customer service

"I ordered 2 vests « automatic » from your website for my partner’s birthday as we do paddleboard and want something lightweight. I did not see that the vest will automatically inflate if it is immersed in water. I have contacted customer support to ask to exchange the 2 vests for non automatic. I texted with Bryce one week ago who said I would receive feedback by email. To this day I have received no news."
