Failed to fully inflate
"Just purchased this for my girlfriend and decided to test it in order to get her comfortable with the inflation process. When she jumped in the water it failed to inflate properly! One side inflated but the back neck support and the other front side got stuck in the zipper and couldn’t inflate. We played around with it in the water but could not free the bladder. She had to remove the pfd and partially deflate it to release the bladder from under the zipper. Is this a design flaw or a one-off failure? Either way if this had been a situation where a pfd was required, this would have been a problem. I seriously question whether this design can be trusted!"
