I read it that either a red dot or a date beyond December 2020 means a re-arm is required, but a fellow crew member interprets it that both a red dot and date beyond December 2020 is required. Re-arming my Mustangs
"I am Phil Mattson, I own and operate Wildman Outdoor Adventures here in Northwest Oregon. As a professional fishing guide I use seven Mustang PFD’s on a daily basis. This year I had to re-arm all seven. I’ll admit I was a little apprehensive about having to do this until I did the first one. The design is incredibly well thought out. The whole process was actually easy to perform. I was able to finish re-arming all seven in under 20 minutes. All that being said, the best thing about my Mustang PFD’s is still how unobtrusive they are to wear. You forget you have a PFD on! Thanks Mustang!!!"
5 year reinstall
"I have not been tipped into the water so I have never had it inflate. I is lite and comfortable so there is no reason to not have it on."
