OFFICIAL RULES
NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
1. SPONSOR
The Mustang Survival “IN HER ELEMENT” Giveaway (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Mustang Survival (the “Sponsor”). This Contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, or Meta.
2. ELIGIBILITY
The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada (including Quebec), the United States, and the United Kingdom who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Mustang Survival, as well as their immediate family members or household members, are not eligible to participate.
3. CONTEST PERIOD
The Contest begins on May 4th, 2026, at 12:00 AM (PST) and ends on May 10th, 2026, at 11:59 PM (PST) (the “Contest Period”).
4. HOW TO ENTER
To enter:
· Like the giveaway post.
· Follow @mustangsurvival on Instagram.
· Tag a woman who's in her element on the water.
Each eligible comment constitutes one (1) entry. Multiple entries are permitted. Both the nominator and the nominee will be entered into the giveaway.
5. PRIZES
Grand Prize (1 winner + their nominee):
Each person will receive a Mustang Survival gear package valued at $2,500 MSRP. Prizes are awarded in local currency: CAD for Canadian residents, USD for U.S. residents, and £1,800 GBP for UK residents.
Total combined prize value: $5,000 MSRP (CAD/USD) or £3,600 GBP (UK).
Prizes are non-transferable, and no cash alternatives or substitutions are available except at the Sponsor’s discretion.
6. WINNER SELECTION & NOTIFICATION
Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. The draw will take place on May 12th, 2026. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message (DM) from @mustangsurvival within 48 hours of the draw. Winners must respond within 5 days to claim their prize, or an alternate winner may be selected.
For Canadian winners (excluding Quebec), acceptance of the prize requires correctly answering a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question, as required by Canadian law.
7. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By participating, entrants grant Mustang Survival the right to repost, share, or feature any submitted content (photos, captions, or stories) on social media, websites, or marketing materials.
The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, state, and local laws and regulations.
Mustang Survival reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these rules, engages in fraudulent activity, or behaves in a way that undermines the integrity of the Contest.
8. QUEBEC & CANADA COMPLIANCE
For residents of Quebec, the Contest is governed by the laws of Quebec and Canada, and any litigation concerning the conduct or organization of this Contest may be submitted to the Régie des alcools, des courses et des jeux (the “Régie”). Any dispute regarding the awarding of prizes may also be submitted to the Régie for a ruling.
9. LIABILITY RELEASE & PUBLICITY
By entering, participants release and hold harmless Mustang Survival, Meta (Instagram & Facebook), and all affiliated companies from any claims related to participation, prize acceptance, or use. By accepting a prize, winners consent to Mustang Survival using their name, likeness, and entry content for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
10. PRIVACY
Personal information collected during the Contest is subject to Mustang Survival’s Privacy Policy and will only be used for the administration of this Contest.
