This life jacket is ISO-approved and meets the ISO12402-3 (150N) international standards. However, when used in North America, boaters must also have a properly fitting TC-approved (Canada), a USCG-approved (USA), or a Harmonized approved (both Canada and USA) PFD for each person onboard.
