"I love Mustang products, but this is disappointing at best. This is unsafe for my 20 lb. dog. The body part slides down her body regardless of how tight it is, pulls down the neck part and thus puts a lot of pressure on her neck. There's not enough flotation to keep her up in the water, and definitely not enough for offshore. The handle isn't at a good angle to use effectively. Pro: it's lightweight, which is nice in hot weather."
